How to set the edge line under nodes?

You can see the edge line hide the nodes. It's difficult to see the nodes label.

How to change the setting of the edge lines? I want all edges line are under node circle when they meet.

"File" -> "Preferences", tab "Display", option "Paint Nodes over Edges".
