Allow switching tabs using Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab

Tabbed interfaces generally have the shortcuts Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to allow the user to easily switch between the various open documents.

yEd is missing these shortcuts.
