Please add some layout for planar graphs. All existing algorithms in yEd produce crossings. Even the simplest Tutte's-like layout would help and eliminate a lot of manual editing.

The orthogonal layout algorithm calculates a planar embedding. I.e. if your graph is planar, then the orthogonal layout algorithm will produce a crossing-free arrangement.
