importing Excel files when using yed-live

How to import Excel files when using yed-live graph editor. 

The menu on the left includes:New, Open, Save, Print, .... It does not include "import from Excel" option. I am using the Google Chrome browser

yEd Live does not support import of Excel files. However, you can import the Excel file in yEd Desktop and save the graph as GraphML file which can be opened by yEd Live.
