Is it possible to use EdgeRouter(3.0) same/similar way as OrthogonalEdgeRouter(2.5)?

Hi,

 

Currently we are evaluating the possibility of using just OrthogonalEdgeRouter in yWorks.yFilesWPF.Algorithms.dll (2.5.0.1), obtain its routing results and present it using existing view (not yFiles based) of our editor.

 

The main objective is to update our existing editor such that it can utilize yFiles orthogonal routing algorithm. Initial findings looks promising.

 

However we just realise that in the documentation for yFiles WPF 3.0, it mentions that OrthogonalEdgeRouter no longer exist and the functionality has been incorporated into EdgeRouter.

 

May I know if it is sitll possible to achieve what we are trying to do in 3.0 or future versions?
