Importing images from excel?

is it possible to import images from excel?

Not directly, no. However, it is possible to ....

  • ... use yEd's properties mapper to map nodes with a specific custom property value to a corresponding image node.
  • ... use yEd's properties mapper to set label icons from image file names given in a custom property.
