How exactly do I modify the edge label color?

How do I change the color of all the edge labels once selected? I don't see a way to do that in the Properties View. The options are "Text, Line Color, Line Type, Source Arrow, and Target Arrow" but the text doesn't say anything about color.

If you select an edge, the label properties are in section Label:

If you select an edge label, the properties view will only display label properties:

In both cases, there are color properties for the label background, the label border, and the label text color (called Color only).

This works when I select one edge.

But how do I change the colors of the labels of all the edges at once? When I use Tools->Select Elements and select all the edges, the properties view does not show any option to change label color

If you select multiple edges and the properties view does not display label properties, then there are some edges that simply do not have any labels. Either select only the edges that actually have labels or select the edge labels themselves.
