How to import a model graph available pdf and png files into yed editor

Have a model already constructed as png file, this is also available in doc and pdf files.

How can this be imported directly into yed editor to generate a graphml file that can be worked upon uisng graphwalker tool?

Recreating the model manually is your only choice, I'm afraid. There is no support in yEd to extract a model from either PDF or PNG files.
