Hi I am also wanting to have my nodes adjust dynamically to fit text that spans over multiple lines, could you please explain your solution with a few more steps? Thanks!

The "solution" proposed in Bug with dynamic node resize ? is only one step: Change the label's "Placement" to "Internal".
