Is it possible just to add an outgoing arrow without a destination node?

Is it possible just to add an  outgoing arrow from a node without a destination node?

-Preferable via import from Excel.

(Yes, i know i can put in a "dummy" node as a destination node, but i am just wondering wether it is possible to put in an arrow not pointing to anything..)

No, it is not possible to have "arrows from a node without a destination node".
