Are time intervals available?

Hello,

Is it possible to set up Time Intervals like it can be done with Gephi?

I've found something about  lifetime of nodes and edges in this webpage : http://visone.info/wiki/index.php/GraphML-Time but it doesn't seem to be implemented yet.
