Can I convert a yed file to a ai(illustrator) file?

If it can be ,could you give some tips?

Try exporting your yEd diagram to SVG and importing the resulting SVG document in Illustrator. (I am not familiar with Illustrator, but there should be at least rudimentary support for importing SVG documents.)
